Valve stem
I fitted a new valve stem and valve stem spring in my aa s410.i was unable to fill with my pump.ant particular reason why has I didn’t have any problems with the one I removed
Re: Valve stem
To be honest, pumps aren't always the best tools when filling from empty, is air coming out of the barrel, did you cock it first, and not being rude, did you measure the pot ?

Re: Valve stem
You need to fill from a divers bottle when the gun is empty. Cock the gun and give the gun a quick blast from the bottle. This will close the firing valve down onto it's seating. As long as you don't fire the gun down to empty you will be able to use your pump in the future.
If you don't know anyone with a bottle take the gun to a gunshop for a fill. Alternatively if you live in Northumberland I'll do it for you.
