Should the cocking bolt click back and stay back! till pushed forward when loading?
The cocking bolt on my 410f will slide forward and hinder putting the mag in if the rifle is pointed barrel down.

All mine do this, not a problem as long as your aware, just don't point it down when inserting the mag ;)

I insert the mag as I pull the bolt back, so all done in one action. If you leave one chamber empty it's possible to pull back and close the bolt into the empty chamber without cocking the gun. That way I'm never leaving the gun cocked or a pellet in the chamber until I'm ready to take a shot. If you pull back too far and cock the gun, just release the bolt while holding your left finger on the trigger so the gun is uncocked as you allow the bolt forwards into the empty chamber.
