TX200 MkIII cocking lever sleeve.

Hi everyone hope somebody here can offer some advice. I have a brand new TX200 MkIII which is only 3 months old.
recently I noticed that the sleeve of the cocking arm is loose, and it can easily slide of the mating spigot. Is this normal, or should this not be a pressed fit?
