S200 low power
S200 low power
Hi all, I chronographed my S200 today and it’s down on power, just under 6 ft.lb, that the average from 190psi down. Any idea what it could be? Thanks in advance

Re: S200 low power
Missing or broken breech seal (see if it blows off a rizzla paper)
Dirty or oily striker hammer or housing
Broken hammer spring
Dirty worn or damaged firing valve but apparently less likely in these guns.
OR - its a target version
Was it ever 11 ftlb?

Re: S200 low power
you could ask Air Arms using the serial number. Target versions start off with a muzzle piece with dovetail rail and usually a gauge in the cylinder end, but that is not definitive.
