A friend brought to me his regulated tdr yesterday has it had a leak,I sourced the leak which was the t bar filling,I replaced o ring part number s484 and s327,s327 being the valve plunger o-ring,leak sorted.i went to re zero the rifle after filling to 180 bar and the pellet got stuck near the end of the barrel,I know it’s not down on power has I chrono’d it last week.any ideas what problem I have?

Have you removed the pellet and tried again using a chrono.

one stuck pellet isnt a problem to remove with a plain rod. I might pull a patch through first.

Well I think it IS down on power!
Is the breach seal still intact?
Did you get any oil on the hammer rail?

There's loads of reasons .

Of course you might have got a bit of crap blocking the reg, but the gauge should tell you
