S400 Power Issues??????

Hi all,
I'm new to this site so this is my first post. I'm after some advice really......
I own an S400 Carbine in .22. Recently I've noticed a few wayward shots and when shot my last squirrel, I hit it square in the head at around 15m yet the pellet hadn't even penetrated its skull (although thankfully, had killed it). I wondered if the rifle was down on power so I've completed a string of 90 shots to test the power.
Started at a 190 bar fill and measured the power of each shot and plotted on a graph along with the pressure every 10 shots.
The result:
The first 17 shots were slightly low on power. To be expected. No big difference on the target.
I then had around 25 ish shots at what seemed to be the maximum power range. No big difference on the target. However, the average power across these few shots was only 10.54 ft.lb using AA Diablo Field. The consistency range across the same shots was 8fps.
The remaining shots started to drop low on the target slightly at first, and that much more steeply as expected. However, the lower the power, the lower the pellet hit the target but also, the further right it hit the target.
So my questions are:
Is the power curve of my rifle ok or should I be looking to have it serviced to increase the power?
Is the pellet veering right as the power drops normal?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
Nath
