S400 moderator

The next rifle on my list to buy is a classic S400 sporter in .177,my question is this,are they available with a factory screwcut 1/2 unf moderator thread ? I am not keen on the grubscrew method of attaching a moderator as I feel it may mark the barrel ,thanks in advance.

They don’t come screwcut due to the limited thickness of the barrel.
The push on moderators work really well even if they mark the metal slightly.

You can have a s200 barrel machined to fit your 400 series as it thicker
