advice please

hi all, myS410 bolt is stiff & dosnt cycle to well,do i use grease or oil on it?
& where should the little O ring go,mine moves along the bolt.Thanks

You can clean the bolt up, no real need for any lubricant but you'll have to take the action off to get to it proper , it probably won't be the actual bolt it'll be the hammer and the hammer rail that need cleaning/polishing up to smooth it out a bit, no need for any oil or grease on the hammer and rail. The O ring that is on the bolt shaft should be loose it's just a buffer between the bolt handle and action.

I use black moly grease on the bolt every few months as its steel running in alloy.
But yes if that doesnt help you may need a strip down.
