I have an s400 classic but ive heard the s200 barrel is a good replacement & is more accurate. Is it a straight swap or would the 200 one need modded to fit into the breech ?

Modification needed at breech. The s200 barrel is thicker and can be free floated.

Here is my one, I had Rowan make a custom barrel band just for peace of mind as the barrel has to have quite a bit of material taken off. And the probe needs changing to
