power a touch low s400

Can anybody tell me why my s400 is running at 10.4fpe? Just bought it 2nd hand but it was bought new in march 2016. My other is 11.4 & ideally id like em the same. Thanks

Could be anything from the hammer rail wanting a good clean and de gunk ,to a breech seal etc.

What pellets are you testing with and at what fill pressure?
