I have the T filler, it's very hard to remove after filling, slips on ok, but is a PITA to remove. Have I just got a tight fitting one, or are they all like this. I've heard you can change the filler, easy or not ?

Are you releasing all the pressure in the hose after filling

I cut the t off on my s200 fills fine with no coupling blow off....this was a few years ago.
If this can be done on the fillers today im not sure...

Try it with no air just to see if its the t bar that sticking. If it is the t bar, then you could just file it a bit or remove it like it was originally when AA supplied them.

I had the same problem on my S200 and S510. My cure was a finger smudge of red rubber grease (silicone) all the way around the the filler point, first O-ring down. Next thing was to fit a QD filler coupling to the Air Arm's T-filler (and the other types of fill couplings). This makes life so much easier: fitting the coupling without a line is less fiddly i.e. more precise. Together they also avoid the back-stroke swing into the silencer when removing.... I also filed smooth the angled edges of the T-filler coupling, which avoids scratching the S200's barrel. Not heavy filing, mind; just enough for a smoother radius.
The QD couplings are great. With the dummy male coupler in place on the filling line it stops grit getting into the female half and you can also find out remaining pressure in the bottle. My apologies if I'm preaching to the converted.

Appreciate the info, I'll try that, I've got the QD coupling on it already as got 2 guns 2 filler systems. Thanks. If all else fails it's a Best Fittings Air Arms filler.

Tried just putting brass filler on first then connecting hose....so much better, I'll see how it goes, if not get a Best Fitting conversion, if I do this are they easy to fit ?n

Oh so easy. Just remember to ask if any mechanical seals are needed between fitting and coupling. If answer is yes buy them, they're pennies.
As for greasing, as mentioned, red (silicone) rubber grease is thick stuff and needs only a finger dab around the inlet valve O-rings. This alone makes such a difference.

My Anniversary S510 was a total pain to remove the Filler after a fill. As others said cured with a dab of silicone lubricant on the O rings .. they where completely dry when new
