Hi Experts,
I own an s200, I ordered muzzle extension but unfortunately I got something that has some factory marks inside the tube (white streaks, see pic), also my dove tail got some scratches since i tried to tighten a hawke bubble level that doesnt sit well on my dove tail....
I would like to ask for your advice on what paint can i use for these white marks...
Thanks,
Jeff

jeff , i cant remeber if the muzzle add on is plastic or not,if its metal then you can geta small pot of cold blue to colour it in.(is called phillips gun blue). ive used this too great effect. if its plastic then some satin matt black spray paint is a very close match, if you do light sprays not heavy you shouldnt dissolve the plastic. you can also use this on the metal parts too. hope this helps you .

Hello Billy, thanks for your post, just to clarify dissolve? You men literally? I think its made of hard plastic, the white marks seem like plastic bent making some discoloration since it is rigid... Can you name some brand for the matt paint?
P.S. I think this part was ordered from factory by a friend in u.k. before it was shipped to my country (sad he didnt notice this imperfection/defect), now I doubt air arms' quality control, this shouldnt be allowed to get out of the factory looking like this....

Paint has solvents in it that can melt plastic. A small amount, you will get away with. A lot of it will start eating the plastic.

nice one Raj, you just gave him a vision of a droopy muzzle add on
not really jeff,if you just use a mist coat on the marks it should be ok,spray it in a warm place so that it dries quickly ( just a very light coat ) you should find that 2 coats at most will cover the mark.the paint is standard satin matt black spray ,you can get it it most motor factors ,or if you must halfords.
