Hi, I've recently acquired a S200 - I don't think it was very much loved by its previous owner.
Loading the rifle is fine but when I shoot, the bolt "rotates" and jumps back an inch or so. The rifle did have a 10 shot adapter fitted but I've taken that off and replaced it with a single shot tray.
What can I do to stop this? Thx

Re: S200 mk1 Bolt jumps out
On the attached manual, look up items 10, 11 and 12 on page with the illustration of the assembly. i.e. Ball catch screw, Ball catch spring and 3mm steel ball. Page 11.
Are these still in place? If they are, is the screw tight enough? Do not over tighten as it will make the cocking stiff and gritty but you need just enough to keep the bolt from jumping.

Many thanks for that. I'll strip it and check it later.
