AA S410 FAC shroud problem

OK, stripped my S410 and replaced O-rings, cleaned and lubed and for the moment its holding air (miracle of miracles). The problem is that in my ignorance I separated the barrel and shroud, now the shroud moves forward with each shot - not good! The shroud and barrel were apparently glued together originally where the brass collet is about midway of the barrel. So the question is how do I reconnect the two? Any help is appreciated.
