Hi Guys,
Been of the scene for a couple of years but dusted off my rifles and joined up at my local club.

Managed to pick up a hw77 .22 pretty cheap to add to my collection but the stocks pretty scabby .
i've stripped the stock and have been thinking of giving it a matt camo paint job .
Have any of you tried this ? Any tips would be appreciated .

Thanks Girdy

Buy some spray primer and then use Krylon, you can find it on eBay. Then get some of that silicone net from Maplin, the grip mat stuff and use it to get a flecked finish with black stripes over green.

Thanks for the reply . I'll give it a go over the next couple of weeks and give it a go.

As above and instead of the netting you can use fern leaves.
