Pro target accessory rail

Just picked up a pro target. Lovely rifle, shoots sublimely, far better than I can at the moment.
Anyway, does the bottom front accessory rail have a name? Is it a particular type? Like UIT or a weaver rail?

The manual refers to it as a "Stock Rail" but it is commonly referred to as an accessory rail.
