Loads advertise them as 9-11mm adapters.....

I'm using similar now but they are too high and, as you can see, the design wouldn't allow a much smaller uplift. Looks like I'll have to dig deep for some fully adjustable high mounts as I've not found any weaver ones on the cheap.
