AA S410 air blowing out from barrel when I fill

Hi

I want to get some advice from the forum on something that's very odd.

A week ago I totally discharged the air from my 410. When I came to fill it yesterday it wouldn't fill. Instead any air I put into the gun came straight out of the end of the barrel. I checked the bolt was closed and tried again. Same result.

Could it be that there's a seal problem after the gun was left discharged?

Any help or ideas you;d be much appreciated.

Bolt should be cocked and open if you're filling from empty not closed. The bolt pressure overrides the firing valve spring so air goes straight out of the barrel if you don't cock it first.

Cock it to releive any pressure on the firing valve by the hammer spring and open the Scuba tank valve quickly. If you have one of these restricted 300 bar tank valves it may still be too slow.
