Bipod

I recently bought a S510 .22. Ultimate sporter. I want to add a bipod and like the Vanguard pro 2. But it seems that it wont fit flush with the stock. Are there any other options available to make it fit flush or could anybody recommend an alternative bipod for the Ultimate Sporter.

I use a Harris 6"-9" with swivel feature, works for me.

I should be receiving my new S510 Xtra FAC S/L Ultimate Sporter CARBINE in .22 any day now (before the weekend) and in anticipation I've also ordered a bipod... a Harris 6"-13" with swivel and notched legs. It's SUPPOSED to attach onto the sling stud that the Ultimate Sporter comes with.

Mennes1, when you say the Vanguard Pro 2 "won't fit flush with the stock", what exactly do you mean? You mean when the legs are folded up, or down in "use" position? Are you talking about where it mounts to the rifle?

Once I get mine, I'll take some photos of the mounting and how it fits.
