Dumb question

So this is probably a stupid question but can I change the .22 barrel on an S410 carbine for a .177 ?
Obviously the gun would have to be re-tuned if it's even possible?
When I got the 410 I thought bigger was better but after getting the ultimate in 177 I've not even looked at the 22 as I get on so well with the flatter flight path of the 177

Look at parts list for 177 version parts. Loading bolt, barrel seal and holder, and I would have thought bolt housing but I cant find two housing versions for 410, when S400 has 22 and 177 versions.

It usually plays out easier and cheaper to sell the 22 and purchase a 177.
