This is dated 2012 with anti-tampers still in place. Very consistent at 11.4 ft-lb when in the "sweet-spot" with enough shots there for practise and a round of HFT.
Condition: action 10/10, stock a couple of tiny marks so 9.5/10
Very accurate, action won the SARPA benchrest competition last year.
