I asked my daughter to quickly hand me a newspaper, she rolled her eyes & said "dad, it's 2017, we don't use newspapers nowadays, we have the web & social media etc etc,, here, take my tab!"
Don't know who was angrier, the boss for the smashed window, my daughter for the broken tab, or me for missing the dammed fly!

Where would we be without the humble news paper.
Chips were always wrapped in them. Also fresh fish from the monger, meat from the butcher.
Sadly all replaced by plastic
