lampshade dog collar-side effects

two dogs meet in the park, one wearing a lampshade collar has stitches in his fore leg, other one asks
"what the hell`s that you`re wearing?"
1st dog flinches & sez, "dunno mate, went to the vets with a gash on my leg, came back with this on, dunno bout my leg cos I can`t ruddy see it, but this thing doesn`t half improve my hearing, & I can bark for miles too!"
