Re: TX200 mk2 silencer removal
I sometimes take the muzzle part and the detent holder and wrap them in a good few layers of tape. I can then use an adjustable wrench, across the two, to unscrew the thing.

Re: TX200 mk2 silencer removal
It has some glue holding it as well as the grub screw. A little heat is needed to break the bond. Make sure that the barrel isn't turning as well. If it moves, it needs to be removed and re-glued. Unscrews just as a normal bolt or nut does. A loose silencer thingy on a MarkI or MarkII will affect ac...

You will most likely find that Air Arms and JSB Exact pellets will be a good fit, accuracy wise, for your gun as well. The TX is the pinnacle of spring guns.

Re: burmese python
About 10 years ago there was an albino python that killed an infant. Got out of it's cage in the night and found the crib. This was a 12 ft. snake. Happened in a town about 40 miles from me.

Re: burmese python
At least you won't have the same problems we do here when the pythons escape. The snakes are gradually moving north, but not quite to me yet. I don't know how much cold they can stand, but it doesn't get that cold here. I don't mind native species of reptile, but importing them as pets hasn't worked...

Slow time of year
It's the time of year that I just don't do much airgun shooting. Temp's in the mid 90's F, high humidity and afternoon thunderstorms. I do want to shoot, but it's sort of miserable. Hope you guys are fairing better.

Re: Breech seals - TX200 mk2
Pick out both o-rings and replace them. After that, I only replace the top one and leave the bottom one in place. I might change both if I open the gun up or maybe change both once a year.

Re: Firepower
All I remember is, it's the pin with the hole, at the top rear of the receiver, that needs removing. There is a set screw on the side that keeps it in place. I tapped the end plug with a rubber mallet and pulled the trigger back at the same time. The pin popped up enough to get hold of, but it is a ...

need some new jokes
Not a joke, but I always found it amusing. My Grandpa always told me that he had only been wrong once in his entire life(he dies at 95). He said it was the time he thought he's made a mistake.
