Re: S200 regulator
Raj I'm going to ring you tomorrow but I got it fixed, it was the crap chrono my local gun store gave me, got the combro down today and I'm shooting +/- 3 fps in a 10 shot string with the VERY occasional shot going to perhaps 10 fps. 40 reliable shots at 14 ft/lb with aa field and a few more with t...

Re: Pet insurance.
Sadly I think it comes down to being realistic, my dogs were pets, not working dogs and therefore they were basically much loved ornaments. The only time I had to take one to a vet as a youngster resulted in a ridiculous quote for treatment. I immediately said "put the dog down." Alternati...

Too many exclusions, rates rise for no reason, if you ever claim you struggle to re insure.

Re: JSB Exact 'Beasts'?
Generally speaking, the bigger calibres are more efficient at high power. A .177 needs more spring power to produce 12 ftlbs than a .22. A .22 needs more power than a .25. FAC airguns will always be better or more efficient in .22 or .25 or even bigger. Think of it in terms of blowing air through a ...

Re: JSB Exact 'Beasts'?
As I pointed out on another forum recently, .177 is sweet and accurate, ladylike almost.
.22 is more manly, more thump but not quite as good.
.20 is the worst of both. It's a transvestite.

One snuggled up to Brian and said he smelt of sheep, I was in the bushes having a dump but had to use one old girls scarf as toilet paper.
No romantic attachments there!
