If you are using the HFT 500 hamster then just purchase / fabricate some additional spacer blocks (it comes with one included as standard), simply purchase appropriate new longer bolts and away you go.

From what you describe I would look at the following and in this order... 1. Ensure that the trigger adjustments (esp 1st stage and weight) are sufficient for the sears to engage, try increasing the adjustment on both 2. I & II much the same the same except for cosmetics, III sadly ruined stroke wise to meet the supposed "needs" of some significant overseas market where "more power" is king!
