One can suggest / argue many ways for the zero, whatever you feel happy with but, mount height should be calibrated to a comfortable (and repeatable) cheek position on the comb... 8-)

Thanks Ray for the kind words, I really would like to meet some of the forum members whom have given so much in help and often amusing banter.
We currently have an offer in for a property with 2.5 acres, so that should suffice.... digits crossed :)

Personally I prefer both the arrow and the Indian to be straight (you know where you can safely stand!!!) The world of springer tuning is a most complex masala.... Well the seed is sown... flights if booked in advance are as cheap as chips, or fill a people carrier or two, enjoy some days of shooting, banter, food and wine here then extend the trip for a wee vacation...
