Look on ebay. I've only bought cantilevered mounts for weaver rail. If you can't get 11mm dovetail mount, you can buy weaver-to-11mm inserts to convert the weaver rail mount.

If the single screw mount doesn't work you might look for a one-piece mount with cantilevered front ring, then mount this on the rear rail only.

If you haven't tried a Rowan mag, I would recommend you do. They're easy to slip in and out, and to index. Noise won't be an issue.
