cocking handle orientation
One of our club members has a S400 MPR sporter and when the bolt is closed the ball handle touches the stock. Mine has half inch clearance. Simple question - is the handle located in one position relative to the bolt, eg on a square spigot or flat, or can it be tightened in any orientation? Neither ...

The two anti tamper plates underneath stop you taking it apart so once warranty is out you might want to take them out to get at cleaning the hammer rail etc.
The one on the side covers the power adjuster air screw so legally they have to fit them.

worked as car production machinery designer for 12 years then into programmimg mainframe computers. Retired early and done naff all for 11 years.

Obviously I am a fan at low power and short distance. They will probably group fine to 25 then open up after that. They will certainly bash the brains out of a squirrel at 20 better than roundheads.

Heavy wadcutters are great for short range vermin but probably not accurate for ft. What they intended for?

My understanding is that flathead pellets are intended/designed to be shot at around 560-580 fps. Is that right? German F marked weapons which represent the top end 10m target kit run at 5.5 ftlbs or less (individually certified by model). 3 ftlbs is not unusual for ssp. 8.3 grain R10 would go at 5...
