Gravity is constant. Speed of the projectile will effect it as there will be less time for the gravity to effect it.

Gravity will effect the pellet less on its exit of the barrel to when it starts to slows down. As we know gravity is constant and so will effect a slower velocity.

With out a scope mount them on to your dovetail next to each other and see if they line up. Now swop one of them around to see if they still line up.
If all is good then they will be fine if not bin them

Be aware that some oil can darken the stock by quite a bit. Balistol is one of them.
