Re: servicing the car.
it's actually quite dismaying watching that vid clip. I used to do all my own servicing, up to and including clutch changes etc, particularly when I owned SAAB's exclusively for 30 years. But, once GM got hold of SAAB, they too turned to utter shyte to work on. My old 900 range (and earlier 99's, 94...

Re: ULTIMATE SPORTER SILENCER
There will certainly be aftermarket mods available but the Ultimate Sporters barrel & shroud arrangement would need some careful alignment and machining to achieve seamless lines.

Re: It amazes me ....
I haven't yet made the meet.
This year will be no different as I am away on my eldest sons stag.
(Fishing, some more fishing, followed by drinking and eating)
I will do my best to make 2016 the year I do the AAOC meet.

PS, have a great time you guys & gals

Re: Scotland
I love that neck of the woods GrandadG I have spent two weekends of the last four down there (fishing, and stooging around) My stamping ground from back in the 70's. I dived and spearfished virtually the full Northumbrian coast back then. I love the place (and the plaice!) The last pic is taken on a...

Re: I bought a camera!
Well that's me told! In previous years, I had got a lot of enjoyment from taking photographs and had owned a Ricoh KR10, which for a 35mm SLR was a blinkin good bit of kit. I had a couple of lenses for it, but always had to be a little mindful that what I shot had to be printed, which cost a not inc...

Re: Scope problem
The first scope I had on my TX (a BSA SWF unit) was OK for a few thousand shots, then the PA adjuster broke, scope was knacked.
I bit the bullet and got an MTC Viper 4-16 which has been on the gun for seven years with no problems.
Some scopes just aren't built for the spring.
