Shroud

I can't find the posting but one of newer? members was asking what the shroud on the barrel end does. The guy on the youtube link below explains fairly well what a shroud and what a moderator does and which he uses for his AA rifle. I guess you more established guys will not waste your time but agai...

Advice on scope for Galahad

I have or rather had the money and so bought (on order) a Galahad, I know some hate it and some love it. Being pretty new to the sport I am wondering which scope to buy. I do not want to stint and want some quality - budget wise I was thinking 170 to 200ish. I shoot targets mainly due to a poor back...

Hi FPoole
Are they not the top predator in Florida now ahead of the alligator, the latter of which they have found inside escaped pythons.

Re: HFT 500 stripper

Just wondering if the inner cone is really necessary. Altho it shouldnt break, isnt the stripper more of an aesthetic piece than functional. What would be the effect of putting it back on sans core - would it look the same - how much louder, if any would the gun sound?

Re: burmese python

Interesting point you make about Florida. I asked the guy if he needed any sort of licence to keep the python, to which he said no but he personally thought that there should be a law. Like the States the big issue is owners being unable to manage the pet as it grows and then releasing into the wild...

burmese python

got chatting to a nice guy on the range yesterday. he told me he went out shooting rabbits at night. THE REASON - apart from enjoying shooting he has a burmese python that he keeps in a long tank in his flat! Apparently it eats the sh*t out the rabbits. Has anyone a better reason for shooting rabbit...

s400 superlight end butt

Hi
I am looking for anyone who has a rubber end butt for an s400.

The previous owner of my gun removed the original end butt and fitted an adjustable butt. I do not like it and would like to put back something like the original end butt. Can anyone out there help me?
Rgds

Re: s400 service tune near Bristol

Hi I fully recommend Julian. He can provide a fully professional service at a reasonable price. I have just come away from him today after he kindly gave my s400f a full strip down and rebuild using all new parts. We are fortunate to have such a knowledgable guy and such a nice one at that. Give him...
