I ordered an adaptor for my S410 barrel.
Ordered yesterday via his ebay page @ 16 .30 it arrived 13.30 today.
Its a 2 grub screw type fully secure with my Hugget on it.
Total cost £9.99

Ok update
all sorted, i think the real issue here was lack of lube to the outer O ring on assembly, causing the O ring to stick ( under pressure of the fixing ) to the gauge mount & under side of the fixing screw head.

normal cause is the hammer rail is sticky a good clear and polish does it . if the power is still low then its the pot you need to adjust .as for the studs sometimes take bit of shifting good fitting keys are essencal . are you on the rapid owners forum by any chamce ? Im tryng to remove the pot & ...
