If it's brand new it will most likely increase in power a little as everything beds in and might end up around 11ft/lb.

Using your 14.3grain Crosman pellets-
10ft/lb = 561ft/sec
11ft/lb=588ft/sec
11.99ft/lb=614ft/sec
Is your rifle's accuracy consistent?
10.14lb/ft is a little low, but if it's consistent why change things

The 700fps results you've seen will be for either .177 or .22 FAC
Your .22 pushing your 14.3gr pellets at 565fps is giving 10.14ft/lb
