Re: Springer scope. What you all using?
I've got a Hawke Airmax 30sf on the TX and a Hawke Vantage 2-7x32ao on the HW99. Both are used for indoor target shooting at the moment.

Re: Chipped transfer port
Thanks for the input Sake. The O-rings look to be seated absolutely fine. I've never seen such a mark or intent on my other TX but saying that I've never looked, I'll look at it next time its apart.
Fingers crossed the range is back up and running this week for testing it.

Chipped transfer port
Hi all, I'm looking for some advice. I had one of my TXs apart this week. Its a new rifle which I've had for about 4 months and I finally got round to the obligatory strip down and regrease. I also wanted to change the breach seal as the top o-ring looked like it had been very badly chewed on before...

Re: TX200 trigger
That link on airgunhome was one of the ones I'd found too; it does look like a good breakdown of the job. The additional images and comments you've added are what I think/hope I was looking for. I'll feed back on how it goes when I get round to it next week as I'm sure I'm not the first person to th...

Re: TX200 trigger
Thanks Moulindu. If the trigger unit is anywhere near as easy to work on as the rest of the gun I'm hoping I shouldn't have too many issues. Did you work out what you had done wrong the first time that prevented the safety from engaging when the rifle was cocked? The trigger unit will be next weeks ...

TX200 trigger
Hi all This evening I took the plunge and serviced my TX200. I haven't had a chance to test fire it yet, but if all is well with that aspect of it (the only thing I think I may have over done is greasing the spring, but I digress) I want to tune the trigger too as I've never been happy with it since...

old pellets
I was given an unopened tin of AA Diablo Field .177 pellets from a family friend who also shoots. This tin is god knows how many years old without a doubt. The old pellets look in good condition but by comparison to a 'new' tin of the same AA pellets, they aren't quite as shiny. Now obviously I'm aw...

Re: springer / pcp hybrid
Is that not essentially a single stroke pneumatic that you have described?
