many thanks for your offer, I shoot out at shebbear college and also the village hall, we give shooting lesson to the college kids on Wednesdays ( that's fun ) ha ha . we will probably run in to each other on our travels ,both our clubs shoot in the hft and ft league . enjoy your shooting.

I finaly got round too posting of a email to air arms today over this firing valve issiue, im hoping/ assuming they will mail me back or call me,will keep you in the loop when this happens, it may be of use to others who have the same problem.

I made one which works very well, followed terrys advice which bits too use ,if you need it I can give you a list of what I used ? or give the n/v forum a look at they got everything you need there,somebloke ,on there sells ready to use ones.

final update on the 510 air leak, I stripped it out ready so it could be checked and worked on . Julian then kindly checked it all for me and found that the firing valve had (necked) so leaving a very thin collar for the valve to work on.julian fitted a new one and set it up ,perfect problem solved....
