Re: Ultimate Sporter binding trigger sears
No offence taken. I took advice from someone else on this forum to use a degreaser and then flood it with Napier oil. My gun is only used indoors and I need a hair trigger. Grease can make a hair trigger unpredictable. The Napier is mostly propellant and it thins out to a lighter film than the video...

Re: Ultimate Sporter binding trigger sears
i made a little video of the insides of a modern three sear trigger unit. It has the plate with built in spacers which presumably can be reduced by lightly rubbing on abrasive paper on a flat surface. If the sear spring pivot screw (top right) unscrews slightly it it possible to distort the plate by...

Re: Bisley foldable target holder
Ebay has an international shipping system. If the seller uses it he just ships to an address in UK then Ebay forward it. Ebay keeps the rest of the postage charge.

Re: non cocking the gun not me
If you had kept the swarf (assuming it is metal swarf you mean) I would have sent it to Hailsham along with photos. They would know what machine it came off. Most of their stuff is CNC with mistic cooling and glass doors. I doubt that they bung open units on an old bench and file other bits over it!...

Re: Please help: white powder from carbon fiber tank
I might buy a new scuba tank in your situation and not poke about inside it. If it's at all flakey I wouldn't put 300 bar in it.
Fill and shoot with clean breathable air, yes.

Re: Flu Jab
When I was working I used to get flu every February without fail followed by a month of bad chest. I managed to get the NHS to give me the jab until the government changed the rules. Then I had to pay for it until I was 65. I never had true flu again for 15 years or more. EXCEPT when the government ...

Im starting on 10 micrograms of Vitamin D a day following all the recent reports. Cheapest supplement on the market. 2 quid for 3 months and if it does improve immune system in the dark months its well worth it.
