Hi,

most probably the butt pad at the laminated stock is just screwed on too as on all the other models.

Stupid question I know but - are you sure the cylinder is empty, all the pressure gone? The brackets of your vice shouldn't be to close to the threads you're going to open. OK - I know it's not laminate but why not get the Green, cheek riser and adjustable butt pad included already. m Install a quick fill so no more need to take the cylinder out every time for filling. You may check my tuning report - though in German a lot of pictures - hopefully helpful. m Can't comm...

...What I did: I ... polished ... and trigger... That sounds like you disassembled and reassembled the trigger. Check trigger weight (screw) - maybe too light. Or stage 1 and/or stage 2 scews set not properly. Did you pull the trigger after installation before trying to cock? May be it's still set....
