Re: S510 Ultimate Sporter XS Chronograph Chart
By far no specialist just a shooter that likes to fettle your shotstring does not look like a regulated one. May be the reg pressure and/or hammer spring tension are set to low. Acc. to your figures your gun seems to output about 31 fpe / 42 Joule. It needs about 11 shots to come from 220 bar down t...

Re: TX200 Transfer port
It's not only the diameter but the length too that plays an important role. My HC shows a TP of 3,75 x 9,80 / stroke length 86 mm giving a SCR (static compression ratio) of 390. My LGU has a TP of 3,20 x 6,00 / stroke length 85 mm giving a SCR of 865. Both excellent guns in .177 but the LGU (11,3 fp...

Re: Prosport piston
Never had a Prosport - too sad but still on my wish list anyway. So I just can give you the inside depth of my TX200 HC - 110 mm. From fettling LGV/LGU I know that washers/tophats can sit quite persistently inside the piston due to old grease. Put the piston head down and fill some grease dissolving...

Re: Deposits in the New TX200 Barrel
I had been reading the thread on the other forum sience it got started. Frankly I did not know what to think about this matter but after all the efforts of removing the "stain" and finally seeing the HQ-picture there and now here I think its clearly some kind of pitting / damage to the ste...

Re: How to polish the Spring ends
I firstly take a file and grind off the sharp edges at the wire end as they are prown to bite under load into facing material. Then wet & dry 400 grit on a flat surface will do. Very seldom followed by 600 or 800 grit. Main purpose is to get rid of the sharp edges. Some smoothened burrs left wil...

Re: cd trigger adjustment dumb Qs
As the design is more than similar I wouldn't recommend dry firing for the CD too though just from pictures it seems that serious damage is less likely. Mine is in my TX so can't check it in reality now. At the Rekord if the trigger case is out of its place the upper sear is completely free and it w...

Re: S200 mk3 barrel movement ether L/R
I cut the top of the barrel band completely. Barrel is free floating now. Accuracy increased. Ensure that cylinder will not touch the underside of the sight base. https://www2.pic-upload.de/thumb/31385107/20160805-07_CZ200Sgreen_43SupportingBracketcut_total.jpg https://www2.pic-upload.de/thumb/31385...
