Re: New s510 TDR .22

Yes Brian i would second that, i have the TDR in 177 pre AT and love it , ok the s510 has the side leaver and the new silencer, but and i think this is a minus point it also has a hard case . To me one of the points in having the TDR is that it can be packed down and carried without drawing attentio...

Re: stopping smoking

Nearly 18 years now , and i do and have considered myself a none smoker since. Ok it has not been easy as i substituted the fags for food but i have money in my pocket and clothes without burn holes in them, and the smell has gone too. Its not the same for everyone and i admire anyone who either giv...

Ahh back out in the field

Finally the cold bug thing has gone and i can get back out on a night on the permissions, have not been out since just before xmas , so i looked into the sky tonight and thought "go on give it a go". My trip was a local perm for a couple of hours to check on the rat and bunny situation, an...

Re: 97kt for my nephew

I would put them on the same line as the tx200, we just prefer the front under lever rather than the crow bar under the stock.
I tried one for a day and after a couple hundred shots i was not happy with the cocking action, but horses for courses.

97kt for my nephew

Yes yes i know its not an Air Arms but it was chosen after letting him hold quite a few guns , including a tx200 at Redbeck. We spend a good 2 hours at the shop mainly with me nattering, but also with my nephew looking through the collection of springers on offer. In the end it was a choice between ...

Re: Night vision

On the road we go and we come to a multi junction with each direction having a toll which depends on what you would like to spend and how much it realy costs. I took the gen 1 rout in the begining with a Yukon sentinal, a great bit of kit which i still have, but it does have its limitations. It don'...

Re: Ducks

Cheers lads, i had a feeling regarding the NV. I have to do a full wreckie of the site as trapping them in a pen may be a better solution, but i have no probs with taking them during the daylight, it just might take longer and the deadline is 4 weeks away. My biggest thought was a chastising from th...

Ducks

Just had a call from a friend who has been asked to remove some wild mallards that have moved in with some posh ducks, apparently his friend has some fancy ducks and he is woried that the wild drakes will damage his females during the breeding season. So the area in question is around a lake and the...
