Re: S200 power tuning and adjustment
Perhaps a bit too late and also, you may be really happy with where the fulcrum is right now ... but you could minimise the upward tilting of the fore end and cylinder by moving the bipod backwards. Looking really good. Cant wait to see what the power curve (or lack of) looks like with the regulator...

Re: S200 power tuning and adjustment
That is fabulous! Takes a brave man to start cutting into an intact stock like that and the results are brilliant. You also had some good grain on the wood which has been enhanced by the new contours. The main reason i built the custom stock was because the butt end, the comb area and the pistol gri...

Re: beech stock /QD stud hole
Roger is right. I wouldnt mess with Araldite which might let you down when you least expect it. If you go down the route suggested, you can cut the machine screw stud to the right length. Also, counterbore the stock from the inside so the nut doesnt interfere with anything. You could stick to the sa...

Re: S200 power tuning and adjustment
Great work! I know what you mean about the trigger. i made one from plastic once and even though it worked and felt great, it looked awful so off it came. Have you seen my custom hand built garden furniture leg stock for the S200? I have handled and shot numerous S200s in my time but obvio...

Re: S200 power tuning and adjustment
Wohoooo !!!! Well done, I say! 8-) :D To respond to your questions ... When the rifle is fired, the Striker (No.25) slides within a bore in the Breech Body (No.13). It is a smooth sliding fit and it may be worthwhile inspecting the outside diameter of the striker for any wear, score marks or manufac...

Re: hello you filthy animals...
Great journey there, Tim. I have relatives in Detroit and in Milwaukee and did a road trip in that order. Once in Milwaukee, we did venture a bit further north to Green Bay, Oshkosh etc. Great bit of countryside. Enjoy!!!
