Re: AA S400 Classic service
Hi, My favourite place for them to leak is from the pressure gauge aluminium block O-rings. This thread (http://www.airarmsownersclub.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3664) worth a look as covers most of what you are asking. As for price I think I've done mine for about £35 including changing some bits t...

Re: Bit of a Minor Panic
Hi, mmmmm interesting. All of my .177 rifles have been .5 ft.lb higher with heavies than with AA Diabolo Fields. In fact I set my power levels to 11.7 ish with heavies knowing that others will be lower. I also used to check power at 130 bar as this is the point at which my rifles produced he highest...

Re: Robert Lane regulator installed in my S410
No regulator data I have ever seen beats that variation for these rifles. Hi, If I can refer you to another somewhat parallel thread http://www.airarmsownersclub.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2942&start=10#p29243 My last chrono session with the .177 classic gave a 20 shot string with no power cu...

Re: S410f
Hello everyone, I am thinking of adding to my air arms collection and was thinking about the s410f. Can't seem to find any reference to the F part of the name tho? Anyone help? Also checked the users manual online and it says the full charge should be around 110 bar??? That seems quite low, given m...

Re: Power Curves & the Sweet Spot
It seems that every gun has it's personality. My AA S410 .22 has it's sweetspot between 160-105 bar. Don't need a regulator when you know that. Happy New year. Very true about personality. My carbine .22 has a total spread from 190 bar down to 90 bar of just 19 fps and 98 shots in total. 72 shots o...

Re: S400 carbine new owner
Hi I just bought a very good condition S400 carbine in .177. Couple of things I have noticed. It's my first PcP rifle. I got a new 300 bar cylinder, the brass filling adaptor came with the gun. On mine there's no "pin" at the end that holds the adaptor down when filling (the bit that lock...

Re: silent S410
Put a piece of tissue paper over the breech area when you fire it to see if the seal is leaking. All of my rifles are pretty quiet at 20 metres away. My .177 classic especially so even close up.

Re: About to strip my 400
Are you sure the venturi screw is all the way in as this would shut off pretty much all the air going to shove the pellet up the barrel. The screw on the outside of the rifle (at an angle) is just a protective cap. The venturi adjustment is a tiny grub screw underneath this cap.
