Re: S200 main spring problem may be?
Hello though I would bring you up to date with this problem. While waiting for the new spring to arrive I decided to start again and strip the gun right down. Cleaned everything properly, on looking at the exhaust valve seat I noticed that there was a mark across the seat about 1/16" wide and ....

Re: S200 main spring problem may be?
Hi thank you, I do have a can of leak detector, getting old and slow and just didn't think about it and tie it together. If there is a leak then this will find it.
I will be back!! Waiting for a new spring to arrive.
Cheers.

Re: S200 main spring problem may be?
Raj thank you for the information, when I had previously taken the trigger out to clean everything up then I did check 59 to see if it was tight and it was. I have just now removed it and the latch plate 58 looks flat in the diagram but it is bent down in mine, is this correct and if not is it OK to...

Re: S200 main spring problem may be?
Hello well the hammer and bore both are polished, clean and dry. Can any one supply me with the spring dimensions please. number of coils, length, ID or OD and wire gauge. Just to try and see if the spring has collapsed. There is just a niggle going on that that may be the problem. Sorry to keep on ...

Hello thank you, venturi screw is wound out clear of port. Pellet clipping - no silencer removed. Sorry but what is the Latch Washer (CZ 058) please. I cant use emails at the moment so cant down load diagrams. Spring was obtained from Adrian, 2000 or so pellets ago, so it should have been correct. P...

Re: S200 main spring problem may be?
Hello well the hammer spring started about 1 turn in and was running at 11.4/5. then it varied from 11 and then dropped to 9 and then about 10 I say about because it was not consistent. It settled at 10.2 . I wanted about 11-11.3 . But winding the screw right in then the maximum was 11 ish (10.9/11....

S200 main spring problem may be?
Hello all. I have a problem and that is the ft-lbs has dropped, originally set to 11.5 but I reduced it to 11.2 as this was a good compromise power and pellet count. Noticed that the power was varying and was at 10.2 ft-lbs. Easy I thought put a turn on the main spring screw, not so, managed to set ...
