Does anyone have a strip down procedure for the entire action, S200 ?

I had the action of the S200 stripped down as far as the last transfer hammer. I am after good condition, barrel outer not an issue, but crown and bore must be good.

It is the getting the old one out that is usually the challenge!

What size is it? I might have one in my collection
Any clues how best to remove and fit?

Is there a guide for servicing or strip down for the early Shamal?
Failing that, I am hoping they are quite straight forward and I will just get going on it.
