Have you checked the "brass barrel o-ring retainer" thing hasn't slightly rotated obscuring the transfer port opening?

Do you have any pictures of the reg?

How big is the spike when it comes off reg pressure?

Because there is no drilling I assume it must somehow fit to the firing pot?

I found the crinkle washers gave the sears too much lateral movement as they were only 0.4mm thick... I measured the internal housing at 4.75mm deep and the sears a 3.00mm so in my case there was 1.00mm of movement, which doesn't sound much but it is 33% of the sear! When I installed my "Lancet" reg I lightened the hammer from 48g down to 34g..

As for Tips, The man himself has put up some very comprehensive videos on youtube..

No... The cylinder has the ability to blow its seals out if it is grossly overfilled as a safety precaution.. If your gun lost all of its air after taking a shot it would indicate that the firing valve was unable to close... Either there was a bit of crap stopping it or the air left in the cylinder ...
