Just purchased a Q-tec mini for my s510 carbine and im really impressed with the noise reduction

I want to fit a moderator to my new S510 Carbine .177 without increasing the lenght of the rifle too much. The dedicated Q-Tech moderator is 8 inches long . I also not that the do a short Q-Tech moderator which is 4 inches and just wondered if it would be ok to fit this shorter moderator to my rifle...
