Stripped the rrifle completely but I can't get the barrel shroud to twist off no matter what I do and i have removed everything.

I took the picture below as I can kinda see a seal , how it changed with the barrel on

if you need advice on how to strip a rifle. my advice would be don't do it. put the gun in a shop and let them do it. if you fook it up it will cost a lot more to fix in the long run. Im doing a service on my rifle and have figured out pretty much how to do most of it.
