I spent hours last year looking for a solution for this that did not involved butchering a TX to do.. google threw up one post in another forum claiming a possible solution, however it was (back then) from 3 or 4 years ago and the guy had never posted details or pics despite many folk asking

Stick a drinking straw down the barrel end which will guide the napier past all the baffels etc

Mods to consider is Free float the barrel, remove the internal ali support bracket, very heavy muzzle break etc - then add a rowan carbon fibre shroud and stripper, down side is you loose the level and windicator too, so consider a Dove tail level. if you are planning on shooting FT consider a diffe...

PM me if needed and I can provide details. Yes a 3D notch holder could be made for the dovetails easily and an open post for front too. I think a few folk would be interested in some reasonably priced, post fit solution as many clubs end up running some ad hoc open sight springer shoot at some time...

I used Plastic Pellets .. solid, don't break down with age and lighter than sand .. do a search on eBay for "plastic pellets", they are used in Autism Blankets and stuffed toys

Congrats on the rebuild. Personally I would get it Chrono'd ASAP as basing a rifles power based on sound and plywood damage after a major rebuild does not bode well for being sub 12 footlb. Add you location into you profile and if you dont have access to a chrono ask and I am sure a forum member loc...
