Re: Ultimate Sporter fault.

I know of two AA Ultimates with the same problem. Air Arms can't be bothered to reply to my enquiries probably because they know that people like yourselves just love pratting about with air rifles. If I buy an air rifle I expect it to perform, especially as I only bought it in June of this year!! T...

Re: Ultimate Sporter fault.

If I am willing to pay for a double magazine don't you think I could pay my gun shop to sort it?

O-rings are prone to hardening and damage and need looking after but now I don't need to bother, at least with my magazine. You can lead me but I refuse to drink!

Re: Ultimate Sporter fault.

Update from the gun shop - the Ultimate Sporter in their rack also spits out pellets! I'm going with the double magazine, at least I won't have any problems with O-rings. On order, paid for, and probably delivered before the end of the week,. At least I still have the two original ten shot mags if I...

Re: Ultimate Sporter fault.

I think they tried with an AA US in the rack and the same thing happened, but I'm not sure. Just hope I don't have any trouble with my Pneumatic Ballistics double magazine! Should be here before the end of the week. I'd be interested to know if, after turning the partly empty half round, I could fil...

Re: Ultimate Sporter fault. You lost me when you said naughty hole!

It would be nice to know what is happening to let a pellet drop out but the gun shop doesn't seem to know what to do and advised me to only load nine pellets ha ha.

I got no reply from air Arms so I've ordered a double magazine from Pneumatic Ballistics. At least their mags don't have an 0-ring.

Ultimate Sporter fault.

Can anyone tell me why my recently purchased Air Arms Ultimate Sporter in .22 will allow the last pellet to fall out of the magazines? I've been to the gun shop and they can't help. I have been loading the last pellet half and half to stop it falling out when in my pocket. I then need to clear the p...

Re: Scope height.

Picked up the Ultimate Sporter this morning. The Hawke Sidewinder scope, with 56mm objective went straight on using the original low mounts, that only just cleared the barrel, with a gap of quarter of an inch between the scope and the barrel. I'm very happy with that, no need to buy another set of m...
