I have a heavy (varmint) barrelled Howa 1500 with a Timney trigger in .22-250. Longest Fox was 265yds with Sierra 55gn Blitzking.
Will happily V Bull at 400yds at the ranges unless it’s really windy when 55gn just isn’t heavy enough. Very happy with it.

As far as I can find they are standard Lothar Walther twist rate at 1:17.7”.
Can’t find any reference to anything other they are standard LW and all the caliber should mention all being the same.

Worked this out today. 15.9gn JSBs are not long enough to interfere with the o ring. So you drop them in the mag and the ring stops it falling through but doesn’t grip the pellet, so if you tip the mag back with a pellet in the open hole it’s falls out. Design fault?
